- Formation of Executive Board of 13 members
- Notification about the meetings to the members through WhatsApp
- Conduct of meetings of the board on the second and fourth Sundays of each month
- Formation of committees and rules for the collection and disbursement of the funds
- Organization of the felicitation programme for meritorious students
- Release of the Society’s annual report
- Donation of funds to help the people affected by natural disaster
- Maintenance of records as per government norms
Collection of Funds
- Collection of funds through Zakat , Sadaqa and Fitara/Donation
- Collection of funds through through commercial advertisements
- Formation of groups particularly in the month of Ramzan to make people aware about their duties regarding Zakat, Sadaqa and Fitara/Donation
- Appeal for funds through WhatsApp and facebook
Disbursement of funds
- Call for applications in the month of July to get financial assistance from society
- Scrutiny of the applications along with documents like Adhaar, Income certificate, Mark lists, Bonafide certificate and fee structure of institution/college etc.
- Sanction of disbursement as per the rule and regulation of society
Publication of Annual Report
- Publication of Annual report of society before the month of Ramzan, the report includes report of audit as well as informative and enlightening articles , information about various schemes of government regarding scholarships , loan facilities etc.
- We give copies of report in person to those who offer their zakat, sadaqa and fitara/Donation to society
- Distribution of online and offline annual reports to entrepreneurs, businessmen, reputed companies etc.
